Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Yaasvi is operated by Yaasvi Tech Private Limited ("Yaasvi", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at No.6, Veerasamy Street, Oldpet, Krishnagiri – 635001, Tamil Nadu, India. By accessing or using Yaasvi and its products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Yaasvi account. If you are between 13 and that age, you may only use Yaasvi with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Yaasvi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect account data from them — some tools (such as Storybook Creator) generate content that may be suitable for children to consume, but the account holder creating that content must still meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Yaasvi products only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation API
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions

4. Credits and Payments

Yaasvi uses a pay-as-you-go credit system — no subscription is required to use the service, and generating content (chat, tools, Image Studio, Video Studio, and everything else) is always billed purely on credits regardless of whether you have a plan. Separately, optional monthly plans are available to raise capacity/feature limits — such as extra knowledge-base document slots, team seats, branding removal, priority processing, or a branded subdomain — billed in real money via Razorpay and cancellable at any time. Most plans also include a monthly credit allowance, which is added to your wallet on the same rolling schedule as the free grant; plans never deduct credits from your wallet. The same capacity features can also be bought individually as recurring add-ons instead of a full plan. Every account also receives a recurring free credit grant on a rolling basis in addition to any purchased credits. Purchased credits do not expire. All payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms; we never store your card details. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law — in special cases (platform faults, duplicate or erroneous charges) we may issue replacement credits instead of monetary refunds, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

If you enable Auto Top-up in your account settings, you authorize us to use Razorpay to automatically charge your saved payment method for a credit pack whenever your balance falls below the threshold you choose. Your card details are tokenized and held by Razorpay, not by us. You can disable Auto Top-up at any time, which stops all future automatic charges.

5. Referral Program

Yaasvi offers an optional referral program. If you share your referral link or code, you are responsible for how you share it and must not use spam or misleading tactics. Referrers may earn a percentage commission, credited as account credits, on qualifying purchases made by users they refer. Commission rates are subject to change and apply at the rate in effect at the time of a qualifying purchase.

Two conditions apply to every referral. First, signup bonuses for both the referrer and the referred user are earned only when the referred user completes their first paid purchase — creating an account alone does not earn credits for either side. Second, commission is payable for 12 months from the date the referral is recorded, after which purchases by that user no longer earn commission. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding any bonus credits included in a pack. Referring yourself through an additional account, or otherwise creating accounts primarily to earn referral rewards, is not permitted and may result in forfeiture of referral credits.

6. Connecting Third-Party Social Accounts

Some Yaasvi products let you connect third-party social media accounts — currently Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, Threads, Google Business Profile, Telegram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and Discord, via our social-connection provider Zernio — to publish content directly. When you do, you authorize us to access and act on that account on your behalf for the features you use. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of service, and we are not responsible for any action a third-party platform takes against your account.

If you enable Auto DM, an opt-in automation available for supported platforms, you authorize us to read comments and direct messages sent to your connected account by other people, match them against keywords you configure, and send automated replies (and, where applicable, a public comment reply) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Auto DM complies with each platform's own automation, messaging, and bulk-outreach policies — several platforms (notably Meta's Instagram and Facebook) require their own app-level review or permissions for automated messaging independent of anything Yaasvi does, and enabling Auto DM does not guarantee you meet those platforms' requirements. You can disable Auto DM for any account at any time, which stops all future automated replies.

6a. Agencies and White-Label Clients

If you access Yaasvi as a client of an agency or business using our white-label offering, that agency — not Yaasvi directly — controls which brands and features you can see, and is responsible for its own billing arrangements with you. Yaasvi's own Terms and Privacy Policy still govern how we process the data you provide while using the platform, regardless of which domain you access it from.

6b. Using Your Own AI Provider Keys

Paid plans may save their own API keys for supported AI providers so that generations run on your provider account rather than ours. When a key is saved, matching generations are billed by that provider directly to you and no Yaasvi credits are charged for them. You are responsible for the key remaining valid, for any charges your provider bills you, and for complying with that provider's own terms — including any limits on how their output may be used. We store saved keys encrypted and use them only to authenticate generations you initiate.

Saving and using your own keys is a paid-plan feature. If your subscription ends, saved keys stop being used and generations fall back to Yaasvi credits; the keys are not deleted, and you can remove them yourself at any time whatever plan you are on. We do not guarantee that any particular provider or model remains available through this feature.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using our tools belongs to you, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You grant Yaasvi a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the service. All Yaasvi platform code, branding, and infrastructure remain our intellectual property.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our tools use large language models, provided by third-party AI infrastructure, to generate content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing. Yaasvi makes no warranties about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.

8b. Documents You Publish

Yaasvi Docs lets you write documents and share them at a public address. You choose the visibility of each one: private, visible to your team, reachable by anyone holding the link, protected by a password you set, or fully public and listed in Discover. A document you make link-reachable or public can be read by people who are not Yaasvi users, may be copied or forwarded by anyone who reaches it, and — for public documents only — may be indexed by search engines. Only the public setting is indexable; link-only and password-protected documents are served with instructions asking search engines not to index them, though we cannot guarantee the behaviour of every crawler. You remain responsible for the content you publish and confirm you have the rights to it. Public documents are reviewed before they appear in Discover and may be removed at our discretion; the takedown process in section 8a applies to them equally.

If you enable the email gate on a document, readers must give an email address before they can read it. Those addresses are added to your brand's subscriber list, and you are the controller of that data: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and contact them, for honouring unsubscribe requests, and for complying with the marketing and privacy laws that apply where your readers live. We act only as your processor for it.

8a. Yaasvi Store (Marketplace)

The Yaasvi Store lets you list content you created on Yaasvi (such as storybooks, prompt templates, characters, image packs and files) for other users to obtain for free, for credits, or for money. By listing an item you confirm you have the rights to it, and you grant buyers a personal, non-exclusive license to use their copy within and outside Yaasvi. Listings are reviewed before going live and may be rejected or removed at our discretion. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to legal@yaasvi.com identifying the listing and your rights; we will remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

Credit sales. A paid credit sale transfers credits from the buyer to you minus a platform fee of 25%. Credit earnings are usable within Yaasvi and are not redeemable for cash.

Money sales. You may instead price a listing in money once you have completed seller verification for that currency. We act as an intermediary that collects the buyer's payment on your behalf; we are not the seller of your item and we make no warranty about it. Our platform fee on a money sale is 20% of the gross amount, and we absorb the payment-gateway fee out of that. The remainder is paid out to you monthly, in the currency of the sale, subject to a minimum payout amount. Amounts are held between the sale and the payout run.

Seller verification and taxes. Selling for money requires identity and payout-account verification per currency, and you must keep those details accurate. For payouts subject to Indian tax law we deduct tax at source and, where applicable, collect tax at source, and remit it against the identifier you supplied; you remain responsible for your own tax filings and for the accuracy of what you give us. You may not sell items you do not own the rights to, and we may withhold or reverse a payout where we have a reasonable belief of fraud, rights infringement, or a breach of these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaasvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@yaasvi.com; any unused credits are forfeited on closure. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration conducted in Bengaluru, India in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
